At Tot to Learn, our goal is to provide a safe and developmentally appropriate environment that challenges and encourages children to be curious, explorative, and collaborative in their learning.

Our school is conveniently located in the heart of Veneta, right next to Veneta Elementary School and within walking distance of two major parks, the city pool, and the local library.

Our Classes

Infants & Wobblers
(0–2)

We focus on face-to-face interactions, vocabulary building, identifying emotions, and small motor skills.

Toddlers
(2–3)

We introduce letters, numbers, and shapes and work on developing social and independent skills (e.g. sharing, manners, and toilet training).

Preschoolers
(3–4)

We further develop age-appropriate social and independent skills and begin teaching early math and phonics to prepare for Kindergarten.

School Age
(5+)

We offer homework help, physical play, and a range of educational after-school activities.

Our Teaching Philosophy

Our philosophy is right in our name—our goal isn’t just to help your child learn, but to teach them how to learn and set them up for success in their future schooling and beyond.

We aim to foster a generation of creative problem-solvers and life-long learners. Our classes follow a holistic approach to learning that takes into account our students’ physical readiness and emotional well-being and incorporates strategies from various popular learning methods to prepare them for their future. Through a combination of group activities and individualized learning, we provide children with the pre-education they need to thrive both in and out of the classroom.
